Nasya Oil is an herbal nasal oil from Banyan Botanicals, used as drops in each nostril in the Ayurvedic practice of nasya. It is organic refined sesame and olive oils infused with gotu kola, calamus and skullcap, with eucalyptus essential oil. 1 fl oz.
- Tilt your head back gently
- Place 3 to 5 drops into each nostril
- Sniff gently and deeply
- Rest for a moment to allow the oil to penetrate
You can apply Nasya Oil either lying down or sitting up.
