This policy explains how Eupepsia Wellness Boutique LLC (“we”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit this shop, buy from us, join our mailing list or contact us.

What we collect
When you create an account
Your name, email address, password, and the billing and shipping addresses and phone number you save.
When you place an order
Your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, the products you buy, the price paid, and your order history. Card and digital wallet payments are entered into our payment processor’s secure fields and handled by that processor; we keep only the card type and the last four digits.
When you contact us or ask for a return
What you send us by email, phone or a form on the site, including order numbers and any photos you send with a return or damage report.
When you join our mailing list
Your email address, the date and the form you used.
When you browse
Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages and products you view, and your approximate location, used for example to estimate tax and shipping. We collect some of this through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and your choices”).
When you leave a review
Your name as you give it, your review and any photo you add.
Why we use it
- To take and deliver your order, handle returns and refunds, and answer your questions
- To run your account
- To take payment and prevent fraud and misuse, including spam on our forms
- To send marketing emails, only if you asked for them
- To understand how the shop is used and improve it
- To meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with companies that help us run the shop, for the purposes above:
- Payment processing: WooPayments, with Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Delivery: UPS receives your name, delivery address and phone number to deliver your order
- Analytics: Google, through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
- Spam and bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile and Google reCAPTCHA
- Advertising: Meta and Google Ads
- Hosting and website services: the companies that host and maintain this website
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business.
We do not “sell” or “share” personal information, as California law uses those words.
Cookies and your choices
When you first visit, a banner explains our cookies and lets you accept, decline, or choose by category: functional (always on, because the shop needs them), preferences, statistics and marketing. Until you choose, marketing and advertising storage is off. Statistics storage is on until you turn it off.
You can change your choice at any time with Privacy choices in the footer of every page.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and of targeted advertising, with the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information control in the footer of every page and in the cookie banner. Using it turns off every cookie category except the functional ones in the browser you use. Because it works through cookies, you need to use it again on each browser and device, and again if you clear your cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information indefinitely, until we decide it is no longer needed.
Your California rights
If you live in California you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose about you, and get a copy
- ask us to delete it
- ask us to correct it
- opt out of its sale or sharing
- limit our use of sensitive personal information
- not be treated differently for using these rights

Your Virginia rights
If you live in Virginia you may have the right to:
- find out whether we process your personal information, and see it
- correct it
- have it deleted
- get a copy you can take elsewhere
- opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of your personal information, and certain profiling
To make a request, contact us as described under “Your California rights”. We aim to answer within 45 days. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer with “Appeal” in the subject. We will answer the appeal within 60 days. If we turn down the appeal, you can contact the Virginia Attorney General.
Children
This shop is for adults. You must be at least 18 to open an account or buy from us, as our Terms and Conditions say. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No website can be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
