Overview
The VIBE from Resona Health is a small, rechargeable PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) device. It is worn on a lanyard or carried in a pocket, runs preset programs called protocols, and is operated with buttons on the device, with no app. Its size is 120 × 59 × 12 mm and its weight is 75 g (2.6 oz.).
- Charge the VIBE with the USB-C cable, from a USB hub or a USB wall adapter. A full charge takes about 2 hours, and the indicator turns solid green when charging is complete.
- Hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on. It opens on the menu.
- Use the right and left arrows to move through the protocols, which are listed alphabetically, and select one.
- Set the output level from 1 to 10 with the + and – buttons.
- Wear it with the back of the device against the body and the screen facing away, on the lanyard or in a pocket.
Current medications, therapies or treatments should not be discontinued while using its products, and you should consult your doctor before making any changes. PEMFs are contraindicated in organ transplant patients. The safety of PEMFs has not been established in pregnancy, although there is no evidence of harm; most manufacturers advise against using their device during pregnancy. Exercise caution and your best judgment when using a PEMF device if you are affected by Graves' disease or active bleeding. Extremely high intensity PEMFs should be used with caution or with professional guidance by people with implanted metals, such as joint replacements, dental implants, mechanical heart valves, metal stents, or metal staples in blood vessels.

The only absolute contraindication for use of a PEMF device is placing an active applicator over implanted electrical devices like pacemakers, cochlear implants, intrathecal pumps.

If the device gets wet, it should be dried completely with a blow dryer as quickly as possible.
