Overview
This castor oil pack from Queen of the Thrones is a small reusable wrap shaped for the front of the neck. It has a soft inner layer of unbleached organic cotton, a polypropylene outer layer and adjustable nylon straps. The pad measures 15 by 10.5 cm. Castor oil is not included ("PACK ONLY – Castor Oil sold separately").
- Pour 1 to 2 tablespoons of castor oil onto the soft side of the pack and spread it evenly, without soaking the fabric.
- Position the pack over the front of your neck and secure it gently, without restricting movement or airflow.
- Wear it for at least 1 hour, or overnight.

Pregnancy: As a precaution, Castor Oil Packs should be avoided during pregnancy.
Always wear an old T-shirt over top, just in case.
Secure the pack gently without restricting movement or airflow.
Before first use, wash the pack:
- Soak it for 1 hour or overnight in warm water mixed with baking soda and natural dish soap.
- Hand wash it with warm water and natural dish soap, rinsing and wringing it out well.
- Hang it or lie it flat on a towel to dry.
It can also go on a cold machine cycle with natural detergent before first use. Never put an oily, used pack in the washing machine.
After use, store the pack somewhere clean, dry and breathable. Replace the pack after approximately 60 uses.
