Overview
The Back Castor Oil Pack from Queen of the Thrones is a reusable wrap for applying castor oil across the mid-to-lower back. It has a soft inner layer of unbleached organic cotton, a polypropylene outer layer that is "less-mess", and stretchy nylon straps with no buckles or velcro. It measures 20 by 12.5 inches, with 34-inch straps. Castor oil is not included ("PACK ONLY – Castor Oil sold separately").
- Pour 1 to 2 tablespoons of castor oil onto the soft side of the pack and spread it evenly, without soaking the fabric.
- Position the pack over your mid-to-lower back, soft side against the skin, and adjust the straps for a snug, comfortable fit.
- Wear it for at least 1 hour, or overnight.

Pregnancy: As a precaution, Castor Oil Packs should be avoided during pregnancy.
Always wear an old T-shirt over top, just in case.
Before first use, wash the pack:
- Soak it for 1 hour or overnight in warm water mixed with baking soda and natural dish soap.
- Hand wash it with warm water and natural dish soap, rinsing and wringing it out well.
- Hang it or lie it flat on a towel to dry.
It can also go on a cold machine cycle with natural detergent before first use. Never put an oily, used pack in the washing machine.
After use, store the pack somewhere clean, dry and breathable. Replace the pack after approximately 60 uses.
