Joyful Heart is a loose-leaf herbal tea from Banyan Botanicals: coriander, fennel and cumin seed with rose, spearmint, orange peel, kapoor tulsi, chamomile and hibiscus, all certified organic. It is naturally caffeine-free, with light floral notes and a rosy colour.
Combine 1½ tablespoon Joyful Heart with 8 ounces hot water. Let steep for 5–7 minutes, strain, and serve.
For a subtler flavour that highlights the tulsi, spearmint and rose, brew for 5–7 minutes; for a stronger brew that brings out the cumin, coriander and fennel, steep for 10+ minutes.
