Overview
Vita Me Tea is an organic, caffeine-free loose leaf herbal tea from Full Leaf Tea Co.: green rooibos, elderberries, schisandra berries, goji berries and hibiscus. It has a refreshing tart berry flavor that works hot or iced. The 2 oz bag makes about 30 cups at one teaspoon per cup.
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water
- Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes
For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)
1 Tsp. Tea – 8 oz. Hot Water – Steep 5-7 Minutes.
