Magnesium chloride is best known for being the type of magnesium that is most readily absorbed by the body into the bloodstream. It is often used to treat and prevent low amounts of magnesium in the blood. Although it’s called magnesium oil, it is not an oil. It is instead a highly concentrated solution of magnesium chloride that is suspended in water.

Magnesium oil is applied directly on the skin and absorbed through skin pores where it is carried to our bloodstream to be used by our body.
